Returns
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the return and refund your item as long as your item(s) unused, in its original condition and with the tags still attached, within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If you require a new size/colour, please place a new order. Please fill in the returns form and enclose it in your parcel. Please complete this form in its entirety to ensure we can process this as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return, we ask for 7 working days to process your refund. Please note we do not offer free returns. Any postage charges incurred when returning items will be at your own cost.
